Change of mind / general returns

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, in its original condition and original packaging. Contact us at info@ojasaan.com or +66 93 319 9114 to arrange a return.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item. We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs, at no charge to you.

Refund process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund to your original payment method within a reasonable timeframe following inspection.

Manufacturer warranty

Padel rackets sold under the Adidas / All For Padel brand carry a manufacturer warranty against genuine manufacturing defects, administered by All For Padel (AFP). Padel rackets are handcrafted and designed to strike a ball, so some surface wear is expected over time; wear from normal use is not a manufacturing defect and is not covered.

Defects typically covered by the warranty include a frame crack forming in a single direction (not caused by impact against a hard surface), a throat crack, unusual rattling or handle sounds, and a racket found to be warped shortly after purchase. Damage caused by impact against a hard surface, continued use of the racket after a defect was first noticed, screws broken during weight adjustment, or paint that has already worn away completely are not covered. AFP’s assessment determines whether a claim qualifies.

To submit a warranty claim, contact us at info@ojasaan.com with (1) a brief description of the issue, (2) a video clearly showing the entire racket and the affected area, and (3) your proof of purchase. If the damage cannot be assessed from the video, we may need to collect the racket for inspection by AFP’s technical service team; please do not remove the grip or otherwise alter the racket before it has been inspected, as this can void the claim. Approved claims are resolved with a replacement of the same model where stock is available, or otherwise a refund.

What's excluded

Items damaged through normal wear and tear, misuse, or unauthorized modification are not eligible for return under this policy (see the manufacturer warranty terms above for what is separately covered as a manufacturing defect).
